The Bitch is back!

Fri Nov 30, 2007, 2:06 AM
Well, maybe I'm not a bitch..
And maybe I'm not really back..
But, I IS, I do still exist. I be, I am, I do, and I live.

Now, whether we call this fortunate or unfortunate is still under debate, but with living, comes change and sometimes with change, comes a recreation. So, I've decided to do a mass upload and a mass HELLO OUT THERE, for my fellow deviant veterans. My apologies for dropping of the face of cyber space, but I assure you, in the world exists many a fascinating place and time where one must not get lost in the world of the web.

Now, it just so happens that the web had a partial influence in the biggest change of my life! Almost 4 years ago, I made the choice to fall in love. Only problem was, I didn't know who I was to fall in love with! Low and behold... this marvelous world of the web has made available vast and infinite connections. I jumped onto one of those "I-think-I'll-find-a-man-online-because-I-don't-like-night-clubs" websites and after less than a week as a member, I found the man of my dreams! I sent him a "kiss" and we "spoke" once or twice through our keyboards. We each obviously had millions and gazillions of choices at our fingertips, but somehow, it just seemed right with the two of us. We decided to meet for a coffee and fell in love instantly! He, being the gentleman that he is, didn't kiss me straight away. So, on our 3rd date, at 7am, after a night of talking and watching Jackie Brown and Seinfeld, I went in for the kill. The word "kill" is maybe a little too harsh for such a beautiful and gentle act of a tender kiss. But, me being the clutz that I am, went in for the kiss and smashed my head against his. I am being quite literal. I banged his head. Luckily for me, a kiss still followed the bang.

Three and a half years later, it's been nothing but sweet all the way!

So, one contributing factor to my absence.

I started working full time too. After a 6 month depression with no job and dead end, after dead end in the search, I landed myself a wonderful job that I love! I don't get paid heaps, and it's not what I want to do forever, but I love it now! The people are wonderful and the work itself is pretty cool, too. I'm a sales coordinator at Leader Community Newspapers. We are a community newspaper that publishes 41 paper to cover the entire metropolitan Melbourne. One of the best things about the job is that starting in January, I'll be working only 3 days a week, giving me more time to focus on my business and build it into something that will sustain me without the need for a "regular" job. Another big perk is that I get great discounts for advertising. I placed my 1st ad just this week. It's so exciting, and I just hope it'll fly!

I'm sorry if I don't respond quickly, and if my deviations are not of a timely manner. In the meantime, please check out my website: [link]

Hope to see ya round!
Gitta
